Fabio is a multi-award winning all round performing artist based in Melbourne. He was born in Argentina and is also the director, choreographer and leading role star of international stage production shows "Ritmo Argentina", "Ole Ola" and "One Night In Buenos Aires"
 
In 2002 Fabio Robles was awarded by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second, Queen of Australia, Governor General of the Commonwealth of Australia Peter Hollingsworth, and His Excellency's Command, Prime Minister John Howard, a Centenary Medal to mark his achievement for services to multicultural music and Latin American communities in Australia.
 
Fabio Robles had already attained the prestigious qualification of the Maestro Superior de Danzas Folkloricas and was a registered dancer in Argentina when he arrived in Australia in 1981. He was 14 years old. Fabio Robles undertook his first professional tour with Emilio Brizuela's Company at the age of seven. He subsequently won a scholarship to study at Conservatorium Gatell (Buenos Aires, Argentina).

Recognized internationally as a virtuoso dancer of traditional Malambo, Fabio Robles pioneered Latin American dance in Melbourne, as a Performer, Teacher and Choreographer. He began producing shows in 1988, and has Directed and choreographed the Launch of Arts 21, Ole Ola, Tango (Adelaide Symphony Orchestra), Ritmo Argentina, Melbourne Moomba Festival, One Night In Buenos Aires, Tango, the Passion of Astor Piazzola, plus innumerous stage shows for the clients listed on the events page. The Latin American Dance Company founded in 1993, and Back to Back Australia founded in 1996, are part of Fabio's dream to show Australia his Latin American culture and His Argentinean roots. He has achieved this by being recognized as the most outstanding Choreographer & Director specializing in his Latin culture.
 
As an actor Fabio Robles played the lead role in "Mucho Macho" film, was a Mexican priest in the Hollywood motion picture "Ghost Rider" and has done numerous television commercials including brands like Qantas, Red Rooster, Mars, Twisters and Barcelona Olympics.
 
Fabio Robles was the only South American cast member in the world premiere of the musical "Dirty Dancing" down under also featuring as a singer/musician in the soundtrack and shining in the choreography department. He is also a regular featured choreographer for "Darling Harbour Fiesta" and has also featured regularly as a choreographer and dancer on television shows "Dancing With The Stars" and "So You Think You Can Dance"
 
In the new millennium Fabio has won the Australian Tango Championship many times and he is the current "Australian Tango Champion" and ranked #8 in the world together with his partner Ana Andre. They both travel around the world constantly and are in high demand for performances and workshops and such success has further established Fabio as a true master of many styles including mambo, lambada, cha cha cha, malambo, zapateo, street Latin, samba, tango, salsa, axe, gauchos and many others.
 
Most recently Fabio has also established "Robles Dance Academy" as his brand new baby in the heart of Melbourne with the intention to impart and receive wisdom, inspiration, respect and integrity through the perpetual study of Latin American artistic crafts, thus building opportunities for those who want to work in the entertainment industry and those who seek to experience and enjoy it culturally.
 
Fabio has also shared stages with many great names in the entertainment industry of nationally and internationally based artists, thus earning the respect and Support of the Australian and Latin American communities in Australia and the rest of the world.
