RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. It's something which allows you to be notified every time your favourite section of the site is updated. All you have to do is paste the links which interest you into an RSS reader. Basically - it saves you from searching the site to find new things which have been added.
You can always cancel the feed if you change your mind.
Step 1: Set up an RSS Reader
There are heaps out there to choose from - they're a feature of both igoogle and My Yahoo. But if you fee like something different, do a search.
Step 2: Follow your reader's instructions on how to add a new feed.
